Goals:
At the district level, the following outcomes are expected:
1. All groups should be trained and actively functioning, which means monthly trainings will be conducted and out-of-school children will be identified and re-enrolled in school.
2. A school safety hub should be established with local representation and actively functioning, which means monthly meetings will be held to discuss children's attendance, meet with parents and community leaders, and implement protective measures such as trusted adults and emergency phone numbers displayed and announced daily.
3. 80% of children, including dropouts, should attend school regularly.
4. The District Magistrate should take action based on the data submitted about child safety.

People Skills:
1. The ability to build strong, meaningful professional relationships with Piramal staff members.
2. The ability to have honest yet constructive discussions regarding program implementation.
3. Being seen as a child protection expert while taking on board ideas from the field and Piramal staff and making it an inclusive/participatory exercise.
Problem-Solving Skills:
1. Being able to diagnose the problem in respect of ADC project implementation and provide tangible, locally rooted, and contextualized solutions.
2. Being able to identify issues in regard to the functioning of the local groups and respond effectively in partnership with the Piramal district team.
3. Being able to identify issues in regard to anchor/district authorities and their engagement.

Data Management:
1. Ensuring that the measurement framework created by Aangan is followed and implemented effectively on a monthly basis.
2. Ensuring that the data collected through the measurement framework is accurate, authentic, and presentable.
3. Being able to identify patterns and trends in the data collected that can be used to strengthen relationships with the DM in order for much stronger buy-in and subsequent, actions in relation to child safety in schools and communities.
4. Meeting Management:
5. Meeting with Piramal staff to ascertain clarity about the implementation work and outcomes.
6. Meeting with the DM to present data for further actions.
7. Meeting with other anchors (school principals, PRI members, education and health department officials, etc.) to assess their buy-in and readiness to respond to safety issues of children.
8. Meeting with local groups to ascertain their functioning with special focus on their knowledge, skills, and ability to respond to children's safety issues and its correlation with school attendance.
Responsibilities:
1. Training staff of Piramal on Aangan curricula on ADC.
2. Supporting/assisting Piramal staff in conducting training of their local groups in regard to child safety in school.
3. Visiting 2/3 allocated districts to assess, diagnose, and suggest a way forward to ADC project on a monthly basis for at least a week. The visits will gradually reduce from the second quarter to 1 week visit every 2 months.
4. Ensuring quality data collection and its data entry in Aangan designed measurement tracker.
5. Identifying data trends and patterns that affect positively/negatively to ADC program so that appropriate action can be designed, and eventually, a robust data plan can be presented to DM for action initiation.
