A person with exceptional leadership qualities around 45 years of age, who can set up an industry ( MDF/particle board ) from scratch involving an investment of 250 crores. He/She should have worked at the senior level and been involved in either creating a brand or in the growth journey of a brand. Promoters are into ply/board manufacturing, construction business, education/consulting. He will be involved from day one in selecting the location to select an initial team to set up the process ( factory, machinery, etc. ), creating departments, structures, policies, dealer network, marketing, and sales virtually everything. He should be a go-getter, dynamic, growth-oriented with the spirit of an entrepreneur. He should be ambitious ready for a long inning to take this product to national and international levels and at par with leading brands of the country.
