Requirements:

• Postgraduate in Public Administration/ Environmental/ Waste Management/ Resource Management/ Climate Change/ (Sustainable) Business Administration / Development Studies/ related field
• Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in the field of larger public management, capacity building, large-scale projects of greater public good, social welfare and awareness, development cooperation, etc., across a wide public platform/outreach.
• The Team Leader should also have 7 years of management/ leadership experience and in managing projects at international/ national/ state levels.
• Experience in multi-lateral/ bi-lateral organizations and national/ state level governments will be preferred. Fluency over English and Tamil are highly required.
