Requirements

• Graduation in Any Discipline is Must
• Back-end non-voice process (non-technical)
• Candidate should be able to work within tight timelines & maintain quality standards
• Should be comfortable in handling large volumes of data and manage productivity numbers
• Basic Knowledge on Excel & Power point
• Must have good Communication skills, a Logical thinker & a Team player. Should be able to converse in English fluently
• Should be available for 24*5 working & on Weekends /Public holidays too as per business requirement
• Flexible to work in shifts rotation as per business requirement
• Preference would be given to candidate having exposure working on European Languages
