Position: Fund Raising Officer

Organization: Deepalaya

Location: New Delhi

Responsibilities:

1. Developing strategies and setting goals to hit local donors and well-wishers of Deepalaya through active donation driving initiatives. 
2. Developing an alumni database and start engaging with the alumni for activities related to developing new partnerships and revenue sources. 
3. Supporting the corporate fund raising team with resources and case studies.
4. Writing and presenting proposals internally and to external stake holders.
5. Relationship management with existing donors and responding to their requests regularly and keep updating them about the work of the organization.
6. Driving the individual student sponsorship drives through multiple real and virtual events. 
7. Identifying and anchoring new initiatives related to resource mobilization
8. Building and managing a network of individual donors.
9. Planning and executing fundraising events.

4. Excellent planning, time management and organizational abilities
5. Highly motivated and able to work independently to agreed goals and targets
6. Excellent verbal, non-verbal and digital communication skills
7. Ability to work effectively as part of a small close-knit team
8. Self-driven and focused individual able to work in an ambiguous environment

Experience: Fresher’s / Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
