Position: Senior Executive

Responsibilities:
↗ Develops and design CSR projects 
↗ Developing and executing CSR projects as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness
↗ Acting as the focal point for the Company's CSR initiatives in geography and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders
↗ Provide support in conducting training for Grassroots NGOs and CBOs
↗ Ensure effective delivery of training and handholding initiatives on ground
↗ Track progress and performance of the projects and  generate necessary reports on a timely basis
↗ Establish, nurture and continuously improve stakeholder (CSR, Grassroots NGOs and CBOs) relationships

Qualification and Minimum Experience:
➡ Master’s degree in /Social Sciences/ Social Entrepreneurship or allied disciplines like mass communications, or Business Management
➡ Prior experience will be preferred

Skills Required:
➡ Strong writing and communicating skills ( Marathi, Hindi and English)
➡ Ability to work in and manage the uncertainties inevitable in a start-up
➡ Proven understanding of (grassroots) development sector
