  • The opportunity as a trusted partner and advisor to the SE Business Line/Functions, you are considered an extension of the business leaders, working closely with the leadership team to support growth objectives and help meet future talent needs & deliver exceptional services to the client stakeholders.
  • You will build a deep understanding of both the business direction and HR/Talent priorities to ensure successful implementation of key high-touch people processes and initiatives.
  • You will also partner closely with the other Center of Excellence within talent function, such as Talent Attraction & Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards etc. to ensure seamless execution of talent initiatives across the organization.
  • You will be an expert at your craft comprising all aspects of a leadership search including research, candidate generation and development, senior client management, complex offer negotiations, and leadership onboarding.
  • The role holder will own the building of an ongoing market intelligence around prospective talent pooling, target organizations and specialist partners.
  • You will be exceptional at influencing leadership talent and business leaders to make well-informed decisions.
  • You will be expected to think broadly and implement strategies to engage, assess, and close top talent to help the company reach its bold ambitions.
     

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with Talent, Business & Service Line Leadership to align business priorities with talent priorities
  • Translate the business strategy into practical and innovative talent solutions at the business unit level
  • Advise the business on developing a culture within the business unit that underpins our core values, leadership expectations, promote high performance teaming and enables the delivery of exceptional client service
  • Challenge and coach Senior Management to drive change and support the implementation and successful adoption of projects and initiatives at SE
  • Champion DEI agenda and embed within strategy
  • Influence the Talent COEs in the development of best-in-class models and programs
  • Facilitate change and support the implementation and successful adoption of talent initiatives within business unit
  • Work with business leaders to develop and manage their long-term talent pipeline
  • Support the business unit in building a pipeline of diverse future leaders for the sustainability and success of business unit
  • Work independently with Line of Business (LoB) to complete leadership search assignments
  • Developing candidate research by proactively conducting outreach to identify and qualify candidates
  • Design and implement creative sourcing strategies beyond standard expectations & historical execution
  • Research and market mapping of both core and non-traditional competitors to identify and report on market trends, competitive intelligence, and proactive opportunities
  • Organically grow and maintain an accessible network and pipeline of qualified, passive candidates - both internally and externally
  • Ability to effectively and accurately assess talent to understand if / where candidates best fit within the organization
  • Provide on-going outstanding candidate experience and service delivery
  • Experience with navigating and negotiating complex compensation structures
  • Provide a stable and resilient operations environment by ensuring solid focus around risks and controls
  • Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to attract, engage and assess talent, build innovative sourcing strategies, drive and manage candidate pipelines to explore, leverage data insights to influence our commitment to building talented diverse teams
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies in multiple disciplines/domains partner with internal/external resources as needed
  • Deliver leadership recruitment communication including search presentation materials, job descriptions, candidate profiles, interviewer/stakeholder communication, and candidate preparation
  • Lead the offer process in collaboration with internal stakeholders negotiate and close leadership candidates Influence change in our processes and how we carry out our work to ensure a delightful experience for our customers.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and familiarity with recruiting marketplace and recruiting compliance
     

To qualify for the role, you must have

Graduate or a post graduate qualification in a Business or Human Resource discipline is desirable.

Experience of working in a cross-border, virtual environment would be beneficial
