Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Deployment Program Manager may include, but not limited to:
CTS Operations & Reporting:
·Providing reporting of all required metrics and analysis to the CTS Operations team on behalf of TS Deployment; including headcount, customer satisfaction, Deployment Services, and other key metrics
·Serving as USI point of contact for Tier 2 support tickets issued through SalesForce from the TS call center (CIC); including routing, follow-up, and timely resolution
·Managing the review of customer satisfaction results and outlier reports to identify trends and make recommendations on opportunities for process improvements
·Supporting the tracking and management of USI TS Deployment headcount working closely with the Finance team
·Collaborating closely with US Program Manager to ensure operational consistency across geographies, providing direction and guidance, as needed
·Collaborating with US Program Manager to combine US and USI organizational charts, coordinating with FSS Deployment Leaders to ensure timely updates and consistent formatting
·Publishing scheduled and ad-hoc reports as requested by the Deployment Leadership team (e.g., headcount, utilization (RMIS), flexibility, spend, RMO Micro and Customer Satisfaction, DTE, overtime etc.)
·Analyzing reports and creating executive summaries with insight that helps Deployment Leadership take appropriate action
·Working with the TS Deployment leader to maintain the USI TS Deployment budget: FTE Headcount, Professional & Admin Expenses; monitoring expenditure and costs
·Taking the lead with technology and reporting for Deployment; seeking opportunities for process improvements and more efficient ways to manage headcount, operations, Deployment data (e.g., SharePoint/ TEAMS sites), etc.
CTS Deployment Mission, Vision, and Strategic Priorities:
• Supporting key initiatives in support of our Deployment strategic priorities: Operational Excellence, Learning & Development, Community & Culture, & the Deployment Inclusion Advisory Council
• Supporting key Deployment technology initiatives, including STAFFIT, MySource, and Deployment reporting
• Engaging in Deployment Transformation project initiatives, providing input and resources where appropriate
Developing Our People
• Driving Deployment priorities through effective interpersonal and communication skills. Facilitate communication between leadership and the broader Deployment team; managing compliance with policies and procedures, as needed
• Identifying and managing opportunities for Deployment team engagement, collaboration, and celebrations
Communication & General Deployment Program Management
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree.
6- 8 years of prior Resource Management/ Deployment experience with relevant practical business experience in a professional services environment desirable.
Candidate must be a self-starter, highly proactive, solution-oriented, possess a strong attention to detail, and have an ability to work independently and as an integral part of a geographically dispersed team.
