Drive Sustainability is a partnership of 11 leading automotive companies working together to promote supply chain sustainability. The Partnership, facilitated by CSR Europe, aims to drive sustainability throughout the automotive supply chain by promoting a common approach within the industry and by integrating sustainability in the overall procurement process. 

CSR Europe is the leading European business network for Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility and facilitates impact oriented collaborations like Drive Sustainability.

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team as soon as possible 

Main tasks are to implement the overall Drive Sustainability related work

Consensus building, facilitate decision processes
Meetings content management & facilitation
Individual OEM support
Yearly budget management & Yearly activity plan supervision

Special focus needs to be given on the sustainable raw materials priority of Drive which entails

Development and implementation of specific tools and approaches based on sustaianble mining principles and OECD and other international frameworks
The outline and operations of the raw materials risk assssment approach
Creation and implementation of specific raw materials projects (e.g. risk assessment, practical projects, relationship with other initiatives, general support)
Working Group management

What kind of person are we looking for?

You have a good overall understanding of business and their supply chains, sustainability, , sustainable value chains, human rights and environmental due diligence, responsible materials, responsible mining, circularity as a prerequisite for responsible sourcing (min 3 years relevant experience).
You have experience in the automotive industry or similar manufacturing sectors.
You are highly motivated and have a passion for sustainability topics.
You are a team player.
Required Skills and Experience

Project management experience (3-5 years or more relevant experience).
Corporate experience is an asset.
Facilitation skills: you can moderate discussions and facilitate collaboration with a clear focus and ambition.
Solution oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
Fluency in English. Knowledge of German or another European language is an asset
