Job Description:

• P&L Management
• Overall responsibility for the customers in India in terms of business development, sales & tendering
• Deliveries & Services to keep the commitments in terms of cost, quality and timeline
• Design products as per customer requirements and delivering the expected profit
• Production: Define and implement effective and efficient production technologies and production processes
• Strategy: Implement and lead the action plan to achieve sustainability and growth of the company
• Risk management: Mitigating the risk in various aspects of business including customer contracts etc,
• Responsible for effectively managing the unit liquidity
• People: Define the organization, recruitment of team members, establish an MNC culture and ensure effective delegation of work & people empowerment
• Handling overall responsibilities from Operation, EHS, quality management and complying with local laws and standards for environmental protection
