• Preferred Experience: 3 - 5 Year

Essential qualification:
1. Graduation and/or above from a recognized university 
2. Bachelor of Education degree/ B.El.Ed recognized by NCTE 
3. Minimum 3-4 years of teaching experience in a school 

Skills Required:
1.    Good written and oral communication in English and the local language 
2.    Basic computer knowledge i.e. MS Office
3.    Support teachers in building value-based school culture and provide an engaging learning environment to students in school
4.    Implement content on Foundation Numeracy and Literacy to improve the basic Foundation skills of students. 
5.    Extend working hours when needed and support the community team as and when required from planning to execution.
6.    Build relationships with stakeholders (students, teachers, HMs, Parents, Panchayat, SMCs, Education department and other govt. bodies)
7.    Should be a keen learner, self-starter, and should have the aptitude to take feedback and execute. 
8.    Will work on a six-day per week schedule. 
9.    Manage stakeholders (funders) during visits/surprise visits. 

Salary – 15K – 18K
