Position: State Coordinator

Location: Bengaluru

About the Role:
- Coordinate, strategize, lead the organization in three or more districts of Karnataka, based out of Bengaluru.
- To assist in building up the movement of women workers, especially domestic workers, at the State and National level.
- Administration and Documentation tasks
 
Qualification:

Commitment, Basic graduation or Post-graduation, and at least five years experience in feminist women workers organization.
Preference to those who have had extensive field
experience, community work and have evolved with a secular and optimistic character. Computer skills are essential.
 
Languages: English and Kannada a must, spoken Hindi. Knowledge of Tamil or Telugu is a plus.
 
Looking for a team leader, who can motivate, articulate, be humane, and respect all of the communities (Preference to Dalits and other minority candidates).
 
Remuneration:

Basic salary Rs 20000 to 25000 per month. (This is an indicative range. There will be four months of probation. Increase commensurate with experience and
performance after probation).
