Reaponsibility:

• Developing strategy to ensure smooth functioning of the project by liaising with various external stakeholders- UNICEF, Government Officials, Institutes as well as internal cross functional teams; innovating ways in which the program is delivered by using mix of online and offline channels
• Monitoring the implementation of project to ensure the key objectives as well as milestones of the project are met and timelines are adhered to
• Developing and maintaining Documentation Management System encompassing learning, monitoring & evaluation, operational and reporting modules as well as assuring data quality & maintaining control and traceability of the documents
• Designing curriculum as per project needs as well as writing journals and case studies
• Preparing quarterly and annual performance reports on behalf of organization for UNICEF
• Visiting Child Care Institutions (CCIs) PAN India to monitor and evaluate their functionality
•  Skills and need mapping as well as behavioural analysis of children
• eeting with UNICEF and Government Officials to apprise them over progress of the project and initiatives; capturing feedback and implementing them
