At The/Nudge you will:

• work with the team to conceptualize or refine products/services and processes to increase farmers' income

• understand different types of collectivization models to support the team in contextualizing the work of our partners and our hypothesis

• you will engage in farmer and partner research to sharpen our understanding of the ecosystem and to uncover learnings/ insights. You will also undertake action research and assess the impact for various existing & future products, services, and business models

• be the custodian of data & MIS

• consistently lookout for new interventions and players in the Agricultural space

Apply if you have:

• graduated in any stream with 3-4 years of work experience in operational and execution roles 

• strong research, analytical skills, and experience in using data to draw insights (comfort with MS Excel - data capturing, sorting, Pivot table, Vlook up etc)

• excellent communication skills and the ability to make the respondents express themselves freely

• the ability to learn quickly and to operate with patience and empathy

• comfort with working in a start-up environment

• willingness to travel
