Key Responsibilities:

Project management:

a.Ensure all grant deliverables are being met (from a projects perspective).

b.Manage the planning and implementation of assigned projectsin order to meet the project objectives (within budget and the allotted time frame)and report operational concernspromptly.

c.Lead project management especially for large scale and / or critical projects.

d.Ensure project teams’ compliance on all programs as per the defined projects and quality process.

e.Guide the team in the planning phase of program launches of new partners.

f.Provide technical and managerial assistance forprojectimplementation and ensuring timely deliverables of project implementation.

Strategic planning:

a.Collaboratewiththe reporting head forcreating strategic plans for overall expansion of healthcare vertical.

b.Develop and formulateproject proposals for future partnerships.

Partner relationship:

a.Build and manage relationship with existing and new partners.

b.Liaisoning with various state governments, NGOsand development partners for the creation of new programs and program implementation.

c.Coordinating with partners and stakeholder to ensure that critical issues are addressed in a timely manner.

d.Identify future possibilities for creating new programs.

e.Visit partner sites to strengthen relationship; andshare / seek feedback.

Outreach:

a.Understand the current dynamics of the healthsector and identify opportunities for partnershipsto expand the ECHO movement.

b.Represent ECHO in various forums / conferences and leverage such opportunities for enabling new partner sign-up.

People management:

a.Guide and mentor the team to build capability.

b.Provide regular support and feedback to team members to improve performance.

c.Ensure team retention and motivation.

Key Performance Indications: (Measurable Aspects):

1.Number of new partners on-boarded

2.New focus areas introduced

3.Fidelity to the ECHO model –ensuring 90% of all on-going programs to meet fidelity

 

Minimum Qualification: MD(Community Medicine/Public Health)

Experience: 18-22 years

Language: English, Hindi

Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

•Experience of working with state governments, NGOs, development sectoressential.

•Experienceof workingin diverse sectors (Acadmics/Project Management/Operations Management) essential

•Experience of conducting capacity building projects/training programs in health sectorsand project management. Individual
