Responsibilities

● Research on the ‘State of the Sector’ for Healthcare, Agriculture and Climate Action in India

● Develop an opinion piece on the future of these sectors, the role being played by incubators and social enterprises, and what further action is needed

● Design the Unconvention conference agenda with the opinion pieces as the central focus

● Identify and invite key stakeholders (CSR, Foundations, Industry, Impact Investors),especially those located in South India, to attend Unconvention

● Work closely with the IIT Madras Incubation Cell and the internal Villgro team to organize and host a successful conference

Qualifications / Experience

● 7 – 10 years work experience in social development and/or entrepreneurship

● Ability to research and synthesize findings; ability to articulate strategies

● Possession of a strong network within South Indian Industry is preferable

● Strong presentation and communication skills

Contract Duration

● 1 December 2021 – 31 March 2022

● Full Time
