What You'll Do:

1. Own the growth metrics for the SSC category

2. Ownership of the free app offerings

3. Identifying and working on the acquisition levers for the category

4. Working towards improving the engagement and retention of users

5. Engaging in the weekly meetings for performance review

6. Managing and improving the processes to drive community activities

7. Building and managing a team

8. Day to day activities and co-ordinating with cross functional teams to ensure smooth work execution

What You'll Need:

1. Must have a deep understanding of SSC Exams viz. SSC CGL, SSC CHSL etc.

2. Atleast 2 years of experience of building and scaling a community

3. Experience of 4-5 years is required

4. Exam qualified would be an added advantage.

5. Communication skills, problem solving skill and ownership is a must.

6. Experience in handling a team is required.
