Position: Manager - Corporate CSR

Primary Responsibilities

•    Co-ordinating CSR activities for locations of Mumbai and Pithampur, Dahanu, Boisar.
•    Implementing projects through a variety of program components including service delivery, outreach, community mobilization, communication, advocacy, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment and knowledge management.
•    Preparing annual plans and budgets in line with the overall CSR vision of ACG.
•    Facilitating development of processes and systems to enable group companies, partner organizations and communities to take part in program analysis, planning, monitoring, implementation and reviews.
•    Facilitating processes for partner and project identification such as community mapping exercises, due diligence, visioning exercises etc.
•    Developing various platforms for the employees for participating in the social responsibility activities through volunteering. 
•    Supporting the team into strategic planning, compliances, reporting and communication related to CSR initiatives of group companies. 
•    Working closely with the HR, Admin team and leadership of Group companies in assigned region.
•    Liaising with other local NGOs, networks, civil society organisations, government authorities.
•    Representing ACF at various platforms.

•    Qualitative and quantitative yearly deliverables and impact indicators of projects in the assigned region

Educational and Experience Requirements

Masters Degree    MSW
Experience    10-12 years     In NGO and corporate sector
