Job Responsibilities
- Coordinating with the Departments Concerned to seek permission to identify required Government schools for the program
- Conducting Feasibility study of infrastructure in selected schools
- Coordinating with Government schools and signing of MOUs
- Maintain and update contact details of Principal/Dean/Faculty of schools
- Attending trainings
- Visit schools regularly to track the training needs
- Monitoring and tracking trainers
- Guiding and supporting trainers
- Training teachers
- Coordinating with next education and installation of smart class
- Documentation and submission of weekly reports, monthly and quarterly and any other Specific reports as required by the program head {weekly}
- Prepare case stories and success stories {Quarterly}
- Actively participate in capacity building workshops organized both internally and & externally {Quarterly}
- Maintain travel bills and submit the bills according to accounts department after the approval
- Reporting to program Head
- Weekly meetings, reviews and plans
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Any degree/PG with min 3 years of experience in NGO/development sector/education field. Freshers also can apply having IT / Teaching background.
Basic Skills
- Active Learning (regular updates of information)
- Average Reading Comprehension (English)
- Fluent Speaking (Essential: English and Regional language)
- Strong IT skills
