YOUR ROLE SPECIFICATIONS
Ø Ensure yearly targets are met in adherence with pre-defined budgets
Ø End to end ownership of programme management and problem-solving when required
Ø Manage relationships with existing partners, build new relationships with new partners spanning stakeholder groups (government, non-profits, social enterprises, like minded corporates)
Ø Deliver on scaling plans for key initiatives
Ø Continuously learn from and adapt to changes in the external environment
Ø Work closely with colleagues across functions to communicate impact and progress
Ø Strategize, build and roll out new programmes that deliver social impact while aligning with core business capabilities
Ø Conduct needs assessments, and impact assessments, as required
Ø Consult with and influence key internal and external stakeholders to get inputs and buy-in
Ø Conduct due diligence as per SOPs
Ø Ensure complete compliance with CSR Rules, and stay up to date on any changes
Ø Manage all communication to and approval request made to CSR Committee
Ø Create quarterly updates for investors and Board
Ø Monthly budget controls
Ø Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between G&G team and the MIS platform provider
Ø Ensure all CSR programmes are being reported on the MIS platform
Ø Create relevant dashboards on the MIS platform
Ø Monitor usage and effectiveness of the platform, making changes as required

QUALIFICATION
Masters Degree in Development
Experience
Must have 6 to 8 years of work experience (post-graduation)
Skills Required
Functional capabilities:
Ø Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing and monitoring employability/ skills development/ entrepreneurship programmes in India, working with non-profits and other relevant stakeholders
Ø Excellent spoken and written communication skills with proficiency in the Microsoft office products suite
Ø Good understanding of landscape of social change, and particularly employability/ entrepreneurship/ livelihoods in India
Ø Ability to effectively design and manage large scale projects spread across geographies
Ø Collaborative with the ability to work with teams of individuals across levels, functions and businesses
Ø Self-motivated, reflective, creative thinker with a passion to be at the centre of change
Leadership Capabilities
Ø Influencing – Ability to work with a diverse operating network across businesses and external partners, and drive change through processes, capability building and communication
Ø Communication and facilitation – Ability to effectively conduct training workshops and leverage all channels of communication to engage and educate stakeholders on the core Employability programmes
