- Minimum 10+ years of experience in a Planning & strategy
- Prior experience in PE, Fund Raise, M&A
- Entrepreneurial, hungry, flexible, comfortable in a fast growing business
- Excited to work in a startup environment where there are equal amounts of strategy and execution
- Experience with a fast-growing B2B startup or scaleup, thrives on delivering big business growth objectives. Healthcare is a big plus
- Take abstract ideas, analyze multiple facets of it and create business models out of it
- Data driven in approach. Analytically minded, with a strong focus on performance to hit ambitious targets.
- Should be able to adapt quickly to market feedback and changing business priorities
- High degree of confidentiality, maturity, tactfulness, and business ethics
- Proactive problem solver. You excel at understanding and solving complex problems. You have astonishing attention to detail
