Position: Research Assistant

Organization: Diplomat Risk Intelligence (DRI)

Responsibilities

• Conduct background research for a range of DRI products
• Monitor key sources of news, including media outlets and government websites
• Assist with collating information related to specific projects across sources and domains into written briefs
• Fact-check and proof-read product drafts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any of the social sciences or history. Master’s degree preferred
• Strong academic record
• Impeccable command of written English
• Familiarity with key Asia-Pacific political and security issues

Salary

Salary comparable to remuneration for equivalent think tank and/or private sector roles
