Position: Finance Manager

Details Responsibility-

SJGPCL Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of company accounts and its business. He / She will be responsible for overall internal control implementation. He/ She will be responsible for effective grants management. He / She will be responsible for all types of statutory and accounting compliances management and reporting. He / She should have knowledge on type of taxation and PF, GST and other laws binding upon SJGPCL. Preparation of financial statements, project accounting, and financial progress reports etc.

• Overall Internal Control Implementation
• Effective Grants Management
• Timely analysis of variances in the budget
• Preparation of monthly MIS and its reporting
• Effective compliance and statutory management
• Sound Knowledge of TDS, GST and Bank reconciliation, Cash reconciliation
• Maintenance of books of Accounts
• Preparation of financial statement
• Co-ordination with Internal and External Auditors, Project Accounting
• Project Reporting and Project Compliances (including preparation of UCs and compliance with the terms of MOU)

Qualification-
• Post Graduate in Finance /CA Inter with 4-5 years of experience
• Qualification in Secretarial Support / Office Administration is desirable
• Experience of handling accounts of Company/NGO/ Organization
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English & Hindi
• Sound knowledge of Accounting, Tally 9.0. Good command over Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
• Should be a team player and possess managerial skills
• Drive, Commitment and Ownership for the delegated responsibilities
• Manages the accounting for business of the entire SJGPCL
