Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the implementation, and overall management of the Youth programme for the FIFA U-17 Women s World Cup 2022
- Assist in the selection of the Youth Programme Venue Officers;
- Assign, coordinate and supervise the responsibilities of the Youth Programme Venue Officers;
- Collate daily / fortnight reports from all the venues for ease of information access to the higher management;
- Responsible for ensuring that all the personnel data is produced, collated and given to the Accreditation Manager for the Accreditation process of the Youth Programme Venue Officers and Chaperones;
- Assisting with the implementation of the rights of FIFA s Commercial Affiliates and National Supporters for the tournament throughout the duration of the programme; Document feedback from all the venues and the experience of the Chaperones; Write and prepare comprehensive debriefings and final reports;
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in dealing with children of different ages for public/ private organizations;
- Experience in conducting training programs, and youth programs in mass events is desirable;
- Graduate degree in streams such as Marketing, Events Management, Public Relations, Communications or others related;
- At least 3 years of working experience;
- Knowledge of the following areas: Marketing, Communications, Event Production and Stakeholders management;
- Experience in event and/or project management, ideally in the sports industry is desirable;
- Strong analytical capacity;
- Good relationship with peers in high-stress moments;
- Excellent written and oral skills;
- Advanced Level of English;
- Advanced Level of knowledge in Microsoft Office platforms such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Work Experience in start-up companies is a plus.
