Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the implementation, and overall management of the Youth programme for the FIFA U-17 Women s World Cup 2022
• Assist in the selection of the Youth Programme Venue Officers;
• Assign, coordinate and supervise the responsibilities of the Youth Programme Venue Officers;
• Collate daily / fortnight reports from all the venues for ease of information access to the higher management;
• Responsible for ensuring that all the personnel data is produced, collated and given to the Accreditation Manager for the Accreditation process of the Youth Programme Venue Officers and Chaperones;
• Assisting with the implementation of the rights of FIFA s Commercial Affiliates and National Supporters for the tournament throughout the duration of the programme; Document feedback from all the venues and the experience of the Chaperones; Write and prepare comprehensive debriefings and final reports;

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in dealing with children of different ages for public/ private organizations;
• Experience in conducting training programs, and youth programs in mass events is desirable;
• Graduate degree in streams such as Marketing, Events Management, Public Relations, Communications or others related;
• At least 3 years of working experience;
• Knowledge of the following areas: Marketing, Communications, Event Production and Stakeholders management;
• Experience in event and/or project management, ideally in the sports industry is desirable;
• Strong analytical capacity;
• Good relationship with peers in high-stress moments;
• Excellent written and oral skills;
• Advanced Level of English;
• Advanced Level of knowledge in Microsoft Office platforms such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Work Experience in start-up companies is a plus.
