Job Description Role and Responsibilities:

• Making technology work for small holder farmers is Samunnatis goal and towards the same, we are fully committed to delivering the tools, products, and solutions for the Agri value chains.
• The potential candidate should have 5 to 7 years of experience in product management and/or platform development.
• Should be able to lead and deliver projects in a fast paced, results oriented environment.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and software configuration management tools is a must.
• Should have prior coding experience and have a good understanding of the latest cloud-based technologies and systems architecture.
• Experience working on FinTech solutions, and a strong knowledge of the latest APIs like Karza, Perfios, Bureau checks, eDocument execution etc is required.
• The individual should have a good eye for detail, with a flair for high quality UI and UX to drive best practices in product development.
• Having worked in strategic initiatives and innovative product development in past organizations is a plus.
• The candidate should demonstrate a quick ability to learn and a high bias for action.
• Ability to think outside the box and a passion for solving problems can be a key differentiator.
• Should follow latest trends in Technology, Finance and Business.
• Should manage delivery of solutions to key internal and external stakeholders.
• People management skills with good leadership capabilities is desired. The person will be initially working as part of a team and later handle individual teams depending on individual project needs.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Overall 4+ years of FinTech work experience.
• B. Tech

SKILLS:

• Agile Project Management.
• Product management in a fast-paced environment.
• Software Development Life Cycle and Software Configuration Management.
• Hands-on coding experience in HTML/CSS/NodeJS/ReactJS/Web Services/MySQL/MongoDB.
• Requirements gathering and good technical design skills.
• Ability to lead the product testing and validation effort.
• Has a good understanding of technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Business Intelligence and Business Analytics and their application towards problem solving.
