Job Description:

Program Implementation
• Implementation of the project activities
• Organizing capacity building session for farmers and staff
• Monitoring of project activities
• To provide technical support on POP & demonstration of various crops
• Conducting subject/season specific training (Kharif, Rabi & Zaid)
• To conduct training programs for farmers on low cost production techniques for increasing production as well as reduced cost of cultivation, managing soil fertility & better environment
• Organizing field visits/exposure visits for farmers
• Value chain analysis and development
• Other works assigned as per the project and organisational needs

Documentation & Reporting
• Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual reports
• Ensuring regular updating of Programme Management Information Systems (Monthly /Quarterly/ Annual MIS).
• Identification and documentation of promising practices and case studies across the project.

Skills/qualifications/requirements

• B.Sc./M.Sc. (Agriculture) or allied fields
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience of working in the area of livelihoods promotion, agri-based intervention at the grassroots
• MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Salary (CTC) – 30000 - 40000 p.m. (salary negotiable for the right candidate)
