Fundraising Lead

We are looking for a Lead to drive fundraising and donor relations . This role would excite you if you are passionate about education of children across Rural, Remote and Tribal communities in India. As Fundraising Lead, the major roles and responsibilities would be as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities
● Scout, identify and prepare lists of donors (HNIs, CSRs) that align with the organization's vision and mission
● Raise funds by constantly looking of for new fundraising opportunities
● Create strategies to sustain existing donors
● Conducting research on fundraising opportunities
● Writing, submitting and uploading proposals to potential donors
● Working with the team to prepare budget reports
● Working closely with teams to implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to raise awareness about the organization
● Organizing and attending non-profit events and networking with relevant stakeholders
● Organizing capacity building sessions for partner organizations on fundraising Education and Experience
● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in PR, Fundraising, or any related field
● 3-5 years of fundraising experience
● Sound knowledge of the nonprofit sector
● Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills
