Position: Block Coordinator

Organization: Community Action for Vaccination and Continuous Healing (CAVACH)

Location: Madhya Pradesh 
Duration: Till31st March 2022
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 
Program Implementation and Monitoring
Lead the implementation of program activities in the selected blocks
Coordinate with the MPSRLM staff and cadres and FLWs at the community level to ensure smooth project implementation
Being proactive in carrying out publicity and outreach activities for the promotion of the program services
Design and Implement community events to create an enabling environment on reducing vaccine hesitancy and instilling confidence for vaccination
Support Community Resource Persons in line-listing of eligible beneficiaries, and mobilization of identified beneficiaries for vaccination
Coordinate with the block level staff of MPSRLM and Dept. of Health to ensure registration and vaccination of all identified eligible beneficiaries
Review, Monitoring and Reporting
Conduct daily review to track progress of the program activities and share a consolidated report with Project Officer
Identify critical cases of psychosocial support and conduct follow-up calls to their family members
Work closely with the Community Resource Persons, and develop a mechanism to track the vaccination status of identified beneficiaries regularly
Other Responsibilities
Support in maintaining an online repository of all the documents related to the program
Support in other program activities as and when required
Educational Qualifications, Experiences & Skills
Graduate with social science subject
Have relevant working experience of minimum three years in development sector 
Speak and understand at least one regional language fluently and possess good writing skills 
Possess two wheeler and comfortable driving the same  
Ability to work on smart phone
