1.To manage Primary and Secondary sales
2.Build good working relationship
3.Achieve monthly targets
4.Payment collections
5.Develop the market in the territory.
6.Identify potential dealers and add dealers as per the norms of the organization
7.Service all the attached outlets as per the permanent journey plan.
8.Ensure that the dealer has an adequate quantity of stock and it is periodically liquidated
9.Ensure Visibility and merchandising of our products
