Role Summary:

• TTC undertakes assignments from diverse clients in the areas of health systems strengthening, public-private partnership, climate-resilient healthcare, bio-medical waste management, digital health solutions, situation assessments, evaluations, healthcare strategy formulation, health supplychain ad program management.
• We are looking for matured professionals at various levels, having demonstrable, skills, qualifications and experience in above mentioned areas.

Key Responsibilities

• To work as a team player and provide advisory services for diverse range of enagagements, especially related to healthcare domain, covering clients in multi-lateral and bi-lateral funded agencies, not- for-profit players and private sector.
• To work as a team member to support in opportunity identification and proposal development.
• Some of the areas where the candidate is expected to work are, but not limited to, health systems strengthening, public-private partnership, climate-resilient healthcare, bio-medical waste, digital health, hospital accreditations, situation analysis, monitoring & evaluations, impact assessment,strategy and recommendations.
• The responsibilities includes identification/ development of problem statement; approach & methodologies for project execution; secondary research & analysis; stakeholder identification and consultations; fieldwork and primary information collection, if necessary; application of analytical/ statistical approaches to develop conclusions; documentation and report development, including recommendations.
• The selected candidate is expected to work in a multi-disciplinary team with diverse competence, including that in core healthcare, sustainability, climate change, CSR and all thematic areas of human development.
• Effectively managing and mentoring junior colleagues, collaborating with peers, and assimilating knowledge from senior colleagues and organizational experience will be the key success factors for the role
• While candidate may specialize on one or more topics of healthcare, ability to demonstrate bandwith and flexibility to contribute on several topics of health care (such as adolescent health, nutrition, maternal and child health,climate & health, etc.) that will determine success in the longer run.

Responsibilities for all levels:
 Oversee engagements or support engagement leader effectively,
depending on level
 Development of compelling concepts and proposals
 Delivery of engagements, including innovative approaches to
solutions
 Ensuring client satisfaction
Additional responsibilities for candidates at senior levels:
 Project management, ensuring delivery and billing
 Generation of business leads
 Mentoring and capacity building of team members

Qualification and experience:

 Preferred candidates will be post-graduate in management (healthcare, social/sustainability or otherwise), with bachelor in science, economics or medical. MBBS candidates will have additional
advantage.
 Demonstrated experience in consulting/advisory in healthcare or related area desirable. Candidates with broader sustainability experience will be considered only if profile demonstrates significant healthcare related project exposure.
 We are looking for talent across levels:
o Candidates with 1-6 years will be considered for Consultant roles (level based on qualification and experience).
o More experienced and/or matured candidates will be considered for Managerial roles.

Desired skills and behavioral attributes:

 Understanding of social development sector and sustainability domain with a focus on public health in general, and technical knowledge in one or more topics of health care and familiarity with
emerging areas like digital health, climate & health nexus
 Advanced ability to work on MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
 Working experience on data-analytics and visualization tools will be
preferred
 Good technology skills and acumen to plan and implement tech enabled solutions for health care Self-motivated & hands on, a facilitator who works closely with internal teams, as well as seamlessly works with external collaborators and clients
 Analytical and solution-centric approach
 Good articulation and report-writing skills
 Strong inter-personal skill
 Demonstrative leadership skill for manager and above levels
