Position: Associate

Responsibilities:
- Compiling and reviewing financial information.
- Preparing financial forms, documents, and reports.
- Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial statements.
- Assisting with tax filings, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and payroll processing.
- Complying with federal, state, and local legal regulations and requirements.
- Maintaining records and filing systems.
- Provides technical support in the use of personal computer hardware, software, and specialized mainframe technology or operates a multi- platform, complex computer environment or monitor the production scheduling, execution, and successful completion of production jobs
- Installs software and installs and repairs hardware and peripherals;
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate;
- May perform routine security checks on the system; Installs, repairs and removes wire and cable lines;
- Skills and Experience: Three to five years of related experience providing customer service in a technological environment.
- Answering telephones and handling routing correspondence with clients.
- Performing other duties as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, IT or a related field preferred.
- At least two years of accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of relevant state, federal, and local regulations.
- Working Knowledge of a variety of hardware, software, and operation systems. Basic knowledge of network protocols and some experience with computer applications and operating systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and popular accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills.
