Job Responsibilities

• This role is that of a consultant who will also support the team across activities in developing the content and training stakeholders.
• Research on the topic to approach and selected SME as case study.
• Create guidelines for writing.
• Interview with an expert to understand context of SME transformation and primary data on the matter.
• Interview with SME to understand context of internal transformation and experience applying WA methodology.
• Create guidelines and storytelling for paper creation.
• Define clearly: context of the SME, the problem, solution applied, results.
• Create a business case for the SME to solve.
• Collaborate with multimedia designer on building script for videos.
• Validate papers with expert before publishing.
• Build 3-4 papers per month.
• Validate translations on created material.

Other Key Responsibilities

• Develop training content to teach various business concepts to SMEs and Consultants
• Deliver training on tools that has been developed
• Collaborate with industry experts and advisors to develop and deliver training

Collaborates with other areas 

• Collaborate with consultants from the field and beneficiaries for paper building. Also, will collaborate with Multimedia designer to create accurate and harmonized scripts for video creation on the selected topic.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience working with business consulting assignments, data analysis, interpretation and business writing
• Excellent track record of writing professional papers
• Excellent writing skills
• Exceptional skill in paper writing.
• Excellent Secondary Research
• Excellent Data analysis.
