Position: Curriculum Associate

Your Role:

• Asking a lot of questions on any topics and spending time with students to test activities
• Conducting research and collaborating with core team members and other facilitators to develop quality curricula and learning resources
• Establishing feasible timeframes to achieve the goals and objectives outlined in the curriculum
• Creating stimulating lesson plans and recommending interesting additional resources
• Developing a range of digital resources to optimize learning and ensure ongoing learning outside of formal settings
• Monitoring student progress and making relevant changes to curricula
• Collaborating with other creators, graphic designers, and web designers to create new learning resources
• Facilitating student circles for content delivery (in-person and online)

Compensation

INR 2-3 lac/annum depending on your experience and interest. Expenses in Kandbari often come around INR 5K including food and rent. We have a community cook who makes food for the students and team. The hills, the river, and the greenery are just an added and a precious bonus.

We hope that the compensation would increase as the organisation grows - which, by the looks of it, seems like a reasonable promise ;)
