Responsibilities
● Onboarding and offboarding
● Manage the hiring process
● Payroll
● Refine, research, and implement benefits package
● Coordinate monthly and annual compliance tasks across the US and India
● Conduct trainings across the organization
● Support the development and refinement of the org culture
● Provide back-of-the-house support for board meetings and other external meetings & events
● Provide travel planning assistance
● Manage donor administration; including calendar, general correspondence, and Salesforce database
● Support communications administration as needed (includes updating website, E-Newsletter (MailChimp),
and other media/communications tools).
