Position: Associate HR (Talent Acquisition)

The Opportunity:
We are looking to hire Associate HR (Talent Acquisition) to fulfil the hiring needs of the Organization across all verticals and locations.
You will:
– Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
– Collaborating with hiring managers to compile a consistent list of requirements
– Attracting suitable candidates through online employment forums, social media, etc.
– Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
– Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
– Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
– Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports

You should:
– Be excited about working in high growth, impact-driven, social enterprise
– Proven work experience as a Recruiter, have prior experience of working in the social sector, PAN India hiring experience shall be an added advantage
– Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews & hands-on experience with various selection processes
– Hands-on experience with recruiting software, databased management & ATS
– Be able to understand business strategies and apply the same to tactics in your own vertical
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
