Experience: 2-5 years of work experience in counselling and tele-calling in educational or vocational training institute preferably in Digital Technology
Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: Graduation in any stream

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify the skills, interests and career goals of the prospective students 
• Mentor, guide and counsel students and parents about the course offered
• Handle walk-in enquiries and help students/parent understand the courses offered.
• Making calls to the cold leads regularly and maintaining a proper record for it.
• Maintain and update the leads database and student inquiry
• Convert prospects into admissions by sharing all the required information about the courses offered and the career prospects associated with each of them.
• Regular updating of the reports as and when required.
• Assist the field team in outdoor mobilization activities. 

Desired Skill Set:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Counselling and negotiation skills.
• Should be able to communicate in Marathi-regional language
• Working knowledge of software applications including MS Word, Excel and Internet.
• Self-motivated and positive attitude.
• Knowledge of Healthcare will be an added advantage.
