Position: Impact Research Lead

Job Description

• Conduct literature reviews to understand relevant impact assessment methodologies and health system structures

• Design monitoring and evaluation research plans and protocols

• Design tools to measure programmatic / clinical impact in consultation with the Director of Impact and Medical Director

• Recruit and supervise enumerators to impact data as appropriate

• Execute impact assessment plans individually / with support from enumerators

• Write internal and external reports and articles for publication.

 Skills and Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Health / Biostatistics 

• 3-5 years of work experience including relevant experience in impact assessment in healthcare

• Fluency with both qualitative and quantitative research 

• Experience working in hospital settings in India with doctors/medical practitioners (government/private) and other clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. Experience in other developing countries is a bonus

• Professional fluency in oral and written English. Spoken Hindi required, and other local language(s) is a plus.

• Willing to work in small groups with minimal supervision and flexible work hours

• Working knowledge of MS office- Word, Excel, Powerpoint and one Statistical package

• Enthusiastic about writing and dialogue
