Academic Qualification:

1. Post-Graduation in MSW, Development studies, Gender studies, Labour Studies, and
related fields. Experience: (0-4 Years) for Asst Manager and 4 year and more for
Manager.

2. Graduation MSW, Rural development, Development studies, Gender studies, Labour
Studies etc with Experience of minimum 3 years for manager position.

3. Published academic paper will be add weightage. 2 Inosculation Hub Pvt Ltd

4. Work experience in area of research, assessments, labour rights/ condition assessment,
project monitoring and evaluation.

5. Experience/ Understanding in Corporate Social Responsibility.

6. Ability to conduct Participatory trainings.

7. Ability to work in participatory approach with Corporate and Civil Society.

8. Maturity to work with Multi-Lateral Organisations.

9. Open to travel and field work.

Key Skills expected:

1. Entrepreneurial in Nature, where the candidate delivers with responsibility

2. Interest and Knowledge of Child Rights, Labour Laws and ILO Conventions.

3. Good report writing skills and communication skills.

4. Training and Capacity building skills.

7. Quantitative and Qualitative Research Skills

8. Knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Remuneration: Asst. Manager: 3.2 Lakhs to 4.8 Lakhs per annum (Based on skills, agility and
experience)

Manager: 5.0 to 7.2 Lakhs per annum
