Eligibility:

 We are looking for young individuals who are passionate about social justice and are looking to work with a young, dynamic and dedicated team. You must meet the following eligibility criteria: 

• Completed graduation from a university programme in a related field such as politics, law, psychology, gender studies or international development;

• Very strong research skills;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; 

• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills;

• Excellent facilitation skills;

• Attention to detail;

• Empathetic; 

• Ability to work under strict deadlines;

• Be a strong team player;

• Able to work from a gender and socially just lens; and

• Experience working and/or volunteering at non-for-profits or start-ups would be preferable.

The key roles and responsibilities will include: 

1. Researching on and leading our efforts in disseminating learning and knowledge tools;

2. Conducting thorough market research on leading knowledge tools and resources that can be adopted at One Future Collective;

3. Conducting thorough research, building curriculum and facilitating on issues pertaining to themes we work on, and contributing to in-house publications including shareable content, guides, manuals, and research studies;

4. Initiating and developing external learning and other partnerships with organisations and institutions as relevant to your work;

5. Managing related events;

Assisting the overall team on any additional tasks that may arise.

 Salary

The salary for the role will be communicated to all candidates who clear the first round to ensure that the process is fair. Please note that this is an entry level position and salaries will reflect that.
