Position: Program Associate
Organization: PATH
Location: Delhi
Responsibilities:
- Support the team in preparing for meetings internally and externally, including conducting background research on meeting participants and organization focus areas
- Support the team in ensuring effective project reporting at the national level
- Assist the Project Manager in coordination and execution of the program partnership in multiple states and related program work
- Support Project Manager on designing program strategy, creating action plan and formulating work plans
- Undertake knowledge management by collecting and collating information available for the Oxygen supply and management & carry out analysis of data being reported in the public domain
- Undertake landscape assessments to seek, sense and analyze trends in the funding environment and develop strategy documents
- Conduct secondary research and landscape analysis for material contribution to the development of concept notes and proposals
- Support the program team in engaging with PATH’s state level teams to collect updates on project progress, challenges and potential solutions
- Support the team in coordinating the project management process internally within PATH & external stakeholders
- Support in preparing project collaterals such as field assessment reports, donor reports, work-plans, strategy updates, factsheets, and policy briefs
- Deliver any other need-based tasks as requested by the team
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree at a reputed school with relevant experience of 2-3 in public health/consulting organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a complex environment
- Comfort with collaborating across all levels of leadership internally
- Critical analysis and strong report writing skills
- Demonstrated capacity-building approach to supporting staff development
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and thrive in fast-paced, high pressure situations
- Excellent command over MS Office applications, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent in written and spoken English
