Position: Research Analysts

Organization: Academy of Management Studies (AMS)

Location: Delhi

Job Responsibilities:

(A) Projects Execution

• To prepare detailed plan for the timely execution of the assigned project(s)
• To develop research tools as per Terms of Reference and Technical Proposal
• Interact closely with Data Collection & Quality Assurance teams to ensure timely collection of quality data
• To conduct data analysis in SPSS / STATA and write detailed research report offering evidence-based solutions

(B) Proposal Development

• To develop winning research proposals in response to tenders
• To prepare Power-point Presentation and present it before the clients

Eligibility:

PG / Ph.D. in Social Sciences / Public Health / Economics / Rural Dev. / Management / Other related disciplines

Computer savvy with excellent command over Written English; to be adjudged through a test

Adept in working on SPSS / STATA; to be adjudged by an SPSS / STATA test

Min. 3 years of experience in executing research projects right from conceptualization till preparation of reports

Remuneration: Rs. 60,000/- per month
