2 years of experience in the non-profit setup.

Excellent written and spoken English communication
Ability to work alone and stay motivated as well as work well in a team set-up.
Excellent management skills.

Experience in fundraising is desirable

Key responsibilities will include:

• Data management of beneficiaries.
• Day-to-day coordination with the centres, monitor growth and progress
• Reporting and donor management.
• Accounts management of dues
• Maintain Documentation.
• Social media postings
• Develop proposals for newer projects

The candidate will be working closely with the founder.
