An ideal candidate would be the one who comes with experience in working on Business development and early stage org strategy, preferably with experience in development sector.

This assignment brings in opportunities to work directly with the founder and interact with existing and prospective clients and help him build the company strategy, approach, offerings, business plan and products.

The productive initial association and mutual fit may also result into being an early hire for the company.
