Job Description :

• Managing the complete life cycle of the e-Learning project

• Manage the project scope, cost, risks, resources, etc.

• Exposure to effort scoping and team handling

• Provide /suggest an appropriate out of the box solution/method based on the requirement/ need for the e-Learning project decision.

• Develop and design learning material, coordinate, and review educational content, and incorporate current technology, and integrates emerging instructional methods in developing specific eLearning curricula.

• Develops storyboards and scripts for e-learning and virtual live training

• Create prototypes and concepts

• Support the deployment of learning programs including uploading and updating courseware and curricula, training assignments, learner notification text and rules in LMS.

• Manage eLearning content to ensure it is compatible with the LMS.

• Work with Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, and programmers to support eLearning content requirements.

• Run demos of the system and provide training to individuals and users groups.

• Lend expertise in the technical aspects of eLearning to internal departments, as requested.

• Supports projects internally and is responsible for tasks and assignments associated with the development of training.

• Collaboration with internal teams, external teams, and management to ensure requirements are being met and projects are kept on schedule.

• QA to check product functionality and quality

Skills Required:

• Experience on different tools and technologies to decide the approach that is right for the e-Learning project requirement.

• Expertise in coding, debugging skills, evaluating different tools, helping in instructional design and user experience

• Expertise in designing/developing new concepts, learning/game-based activities for K-12 education/adult learning, micro learning, and making cross platforms content.

• Demonstrated experience as an Instructional Design and e-learning developer

• Experience with a Learning Management System as a developer or administrator.

• Ability to solve technical problems independently or in teams.

Tools, Technologies and Standards knowledge:

• Articulate Suite (Advanced Storyline 360, Rise)

• HTML/5, JavaScript, CSS/CSS3, PHP

• SCORM 1.2/2004, xAPI (Tin Can) 

Qualification Required:

Graduate with Computer Science with 7-10 years of experience.
