Position: Quality Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Implement and maintain quality assurance and control processes in accordance with NABH guidelines.
2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
3. Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and revise policies, procedures, and protocols related to quality management.
5. Provide training and education to staff members on quality-related topics and protocols.
6. Monitor and analyze quality metrics and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement efforts.
7. Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities, including reports, records, and documentation for accreditation purposes.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality management and healthcare delivery.
Qualification
Master's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in a healthcare quality management role, preferably in a NABH accredited hospital.
Understanding of NABH standards and requirements.
