We are looking for an HR Associate to join our vibrant team as we venture into the next phase of our growth. You will work directly with the senior management and assist to fulfill a variety of HR projects and processes.

In this role, you will take the lead on talent acquisition, on-boarding and training, employee engagement and development of frameworks to meet the administrative needs of employees.

This is a great opportunity for an individual who is willing to take the lead and work closely with the senior management to build a strong team at Raintree. Alignment and passion for the Foundation’s overall mission is preferred.
