Position: District Program Coordinator

Deliverables:

1. Conduct daily field visits to monitor activities and resolve issues efficiently, as they arise.

2. Ensure timely submission of qualitative and quantitative reports to supervisors.

3. Data collection activities for various interventions as and when required.

4. Identify and systematically address gaps in the field.

5. Day-to-day coordination with Care Coordinators

6. Responsible to carry out project requirements, as and when required

Qualification:

Essential: Master degree or equivalent (MSW, Master in rural development or Master in Sociology) or other relevant degree.

Good communication skills in Hindi, Englilsh and local language will be an added advantage.

Essential: At least 5 years of working experience with a minimum of 2 years experience at the district level program.
