QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-5 years of experience in applied organizational research, survey methodology, consulting or other analytics experience preferred
• Superior academic qualifications including advanced coursework in linear algebra, calculus and/or statistics
• Experience in advanced analytic tools applied to industrial organizational design, workforce insights or human resources domain preferred
• Advanced knowledge of the R and/or Python programming languages; additional knowledge of other statistical software (Stata, SAS, Matlab, etc.) is a plus
• Experience in visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, R Shiny, Alteryx, etc.)
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people at all levels in an organization
• Ability to balance multiple competing and shifting priorities as well as different project and service roles
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and translate scientific concepts into business solutions
