Work Experience: 2-3 years working with the underserved communities directly, preferably in
Education (Good understanding of the Delhi Education System/prior experience of working with adult
learners would be highly desirable)

Remuneration: You will be paid a salary in line with Kshamtalaya’s proposed pay scale for programme
facilitator position, which is upward of Rs 25,000 per month depending on experience and contribution
to the team.
