Social Media Manager’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Participate in the execution of a full spectrum of digital campaigns and programs, through multiple channels

2. Define strategies for activation in digital channels and test emerging digital technology solutions and platforms

3. Work knowledge of mobile/web technologies, 1:1 campaign management platform, and measurement and analytical tools

4. Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals

5. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news)

6. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

7. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

8. Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)

9. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

10. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

11. Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, and podcasts)

12. Manage end-to-end digital projects

13. Maintain a strong online company voice through social media

14. Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
